My friends are in a heated debate on which is better. One says that it's better to have all the railroads because statistically there are more railroads than one section (4 railroads spanned through the board / 3 spaces grouped together). The other says that it's harder to esacape a 'block' of one person's section as opposed to landing on one railroad. Which would be better to have? Remember, don't include cost.
