I have deleted the downloaded program file on my hard drive as recommended by someone but I still can not access the Yahoo chess webpage. Any help is appreciated

Does it require macromedia downlaod or something? If you deleted it then you won't be able to get into Chess without it. I think the only solution is to download that program again. Get firewall protection if you think it poses a risk of viruses.

try doing this.log on to yahoo mail or messenger 1st then go to games. This bypasses the My Secure Yahoo home page.
go to chess game site and do this.
When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area..this also gets rid of the ads.
