I easily get those little ulcers in my mouth when I drink fruit juice, soda, or anything that has a decent bit of acid, citric, asorbic, etc... Is there a drink out there that's not milk, water, or some form of alcohol that is low in acid?

Don't tell me Coke & Pepsi and/or Seagram's, Schweppes. I called them to find out if it was in the "natural aroma or natural flavoring statement" and the customer service rep. couldn't give me a positive answer. To me that means "no real cola or ginger"
I'm asking this question because when your sick, ginger and cola are supposed to help with nausea.
Also - can anyone tell me how to make soda? Looking for easy receipes ~ how do I store the soda? please include the shelf life - when should it be used by and/or thrown out. Thanks
