This episode had a beauty queen looks type of lady that wanted to become even more beautiful -- but the plastic surgeon decided to disfigure her face on purpose! Yikes -- as a kid that sure scared me, but would love to know if anyone remembers it and the episode name.

Sky Plus can do it but the user must do it manually (but only to pre recorded programmes). Surely an add on could be invented that can remove adverts and splice pre recorded programmes together ? Why cant this exist? People would pay a lot of money for it. The advertisers could do nothing about it!
