I have an ethical question about chirstmas presents (yeh, i know, what has this world come to?)
My relatives (aunt, aunt, grandparents) are in need of my chirstmas list, and the thing i really want to put down is contacts. (contact lenses.)
BUT I already asked my parents if i could get them as 1) a birthday present, 2) an xmas present, 3) both combined [my birtday's at the end of november.] and they said no, it's just not in our budget.
We have five people in our family [Mom, Dad, me, 2 sibs] and all of us have glasses. My parents said that if we could afford to get someone contacts, it'd be my mom cuz it'd make her work a lot eaiser. [she does pruning/tree trimming, and contacts would be easier. but is it possible to get bifocal contacts even?]
my grandparents are pretty rich and i'm fairly certain they could afford to get my contacts. last year i got a leather jacket that cost $160, i'm pretty sure contacts don't cost that much.
but since my parents already said no, is it [tbc
