I am trying to fit 8 inches into my flange, I am not sure if 8" is too big for my 180mm Flange.....?

am I just being to gready here?

I am trying to make a bit of an assemblie..... using a PN 10 Flange (180mm) and a 8" hose to convey abrasive materials... what are you thoughts is 8" Just to big?

I've just lost a contact, she had over 12000 points(!!!) and over a year of history on Yahoo! Answers.
The last time I heard from her she said her questions were being deleted one after another.
I've answered those questions and they were perfectly normal.
I don't want to create any trouble, I just want to know if something like this is possible and what it might be.

The difference being that I was 13 at the time as well. Wow, it was so many years ago. Do you remember those long summers, the shyness of first kisses, the constant giggling. Brilliant, though it was, I wouldn't want to go back, would you? Hah, now you have nothing to complain about with my statement, so how about saying something nice in answer?
