I am trying to fit 8 inches into my flange, I am not sure if 8" is too big for my 180mm Flange.....?

am I just being to gready here?

I am trying to make a bit of an assemblie..... using a PN 10 Flange (180mm) and a 8" hose to convey abrasive materials... what are you thoughts is 8" Just to big?

Determines what youre talking about. 8 inch feet? 8 inch am? 8 inch pissing distance? @Joel W no they are more like 3 or 5 but they stretch a lot

Some manipulation with your hands and then a liberal coating of a lubricant should ease it in. You may find that the effort will make you grunt but it will be well worth it. Don't hesitate to call, if you ever want to try a larger size for the opening.

I think that 8" is a perfect fit, anything smaller often leaves one part a bit rocky, kind of left out .

Should be OK - depends if you have any 'give' in your flange!
