even tho stewie seems rlly evil on the outside i mean maggie shot someone so..i kinda think that behind all that cutenesss she is rllyyyyyyy EVIL so i vote for maggie and plus kindess kills all =)

Maggie would win most definatly. The reason:
First of all maggie is the silent type, anything she has in store is going to be surprise.
Second: Stewie, floats his own boat whereas maggie does not.
THird: Stewie's too gay to get into a fight. He is infact a wet noodle.

Hmm interesting. Maggie does have the evil eyebrow, but is that enough against our oblong-headed Stewie?
I think Stewie would win, but he would spare the fatal last blow in order to keep Maggie captive until she is of child-bearing age. Think of that combination of genes...
