Missouri has passed the law to give annonymity to doctors providing professional services in lethal injection death penalty cases, to protect doctors from being sued, who are willing to step forward and help in the state's legal system.
Death penalty opponents view this as adding more secrecy to the death penalty-lethal injection cases.
I live in Missouri and am for the death penalty but I'd want to be very sure the person is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in any death penalty case.
I am interested in anyone's opinion. Doesn't matter if you are for or against the death penalty.
This is a landmark decision. How soon, and how many other states will follow? I'm sure Texas and Florida will.
Please respect others opinions. Thank You
