good people of yahoo answers...

i am in the middle of my work shift, and tonight has been one of the craziest nights i have seen in the past 7 years i have been with this company.

since i cannot just walk out, please give me your best advice...

should i bash my head repeatedly against the filing cabinet
or stab my eyes with pencils?

please feel free to give me any other recommendations. i am desperate for relief.

People are only trying to get across the point of how these meaningless and countless violations which are being given is Unfair ! Those who continually to hit that abuse button should be the ones receiving these violations and duly suspended . Is it our fault they have NO sense of humour ? It's the people pressing the abuse button that are the abusers as they are doing this for no valid reason but for their own sad gratification!! !
+ Why don't they start limiting the number you can violate until you get to the higher levels Same as everything else ? (Like somebody replied in one of my questions last night)

... I'm fully behind pondlife and others and if you havn't got any good comments to make then don't make them @ all . You don't have to answer . Just pass right on by ..... !! !

To me, nothing. My American customers communicate with me by email. They seldom call me, b/c when it's daytime in my country, it's night time in the west. My boss never calls me, he simply comes to my desk sometimes. People in other departments don't call me often either.

Do you think this person is off putting?

For example, today I made this phone call to a professional company and now they are a disgrace. I asked a question "What is the cost of the manual 2003?" And then, she just laughed at me, waited about 2 minutes and said "Could you repeat the question?"

Personally, I think this person is very immature and horrible to there customers.

What do you think?
