Being at the beach on a warm, but windy day.
Taking a walk in the country, sitting on a tree stump, looking at the shades, sunrays shooting through the trees, listening to the birds' sing.
Camping out, building a campfire on a chilly night & passing around a bottle of wine & singing old Beatles songs.
Taking a shower under a waterfall, naked, on a sunny morning.
Running.
Playing with my sister's Labrador Retriever, Diamond.
Listening to music in the car on a road trip.
Doing anything away from the constraints of work or the "job".

When I go to bed at night I say the standard prayer that I was taught as a child-----but then I start by praying for friends,family,acquaintances,our country, it's leaders,----and whatever else is on my heart---and lo and behold all my daily cares fade away and I drift into a beautiful and restful sleep such as I have never known before-----this for nearly three months now------this really sets me free.

I think God will not make us feel free in this world specifically Earth? Why? Because he made us for reasons we can't just live in this world without problems, challenges etc. We can't just sit and do the things we want to do and be free... and the ending???>>>>....We will just be contented in what we have and became happy in our unperfect life that God wants us to do...
