Water Theraphy :

In the night put 1.5 litres water in a copper
vessel or any vessel

Get up before 7 Am and Drink it with normal
Speed [wash your face and eyes after motion]

*Initially you may consume less

Result :

No problems related with the digestive system

Good Memory and eyesight

Youthfulness upto death

"if taking a bath requires litres of water,wont
u clean your inner system with this much"

avoid tea and coffee as it takes 6 hours to
digest and is the root of all problems related
with digestion

My sound off is for all those people that don't like folk having a joke. If the question bothers you dont answer it! If people want to post silly questions thats up to them. I come on Answers to have a laugh, not to read insults to people posting harmless questions.
As long as there not aimed at anyone in particular whats the harm?
