...your day? Today, on my way to a Job Interview, my van died right there in the road. I ran to the nearby convenience store, only to find not even one payphone. (You regulars know that I hate cell phones) I went inside to ask to use the phone...got hesitation...told them of my plight, so they let me call. Then since I just upgraded to Super Duper Gold Card Status, I called Triple A. I was told it would be about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, they called back and said it would be three hours. Then...they called back again and said it would be one hour. After the one hour passed, they called and said it would be fifteen minutes. After thirty minutes they called and said it would be twenty minutes. Long story short...after about a dozen calls from them, (I kid you not!) I waited three hours and 15 minutes. I have been with Triple A for a few years, and have never in my life experienced worse customer service. Have you had a bad experience with Triple A?
