according to the yahoo daily limits thing right here http://answers.yahoo.com/info/scoring_system, i could only answer 20 questions. i've only answered 17 questions today and now whenever i try to answer another one, i get this pop up that says i used up my limit!! i've only answered 17 questions so far!!!!! what the ****??? this happen to you???

Here is the scenario: You are walking down the street. You see a person (man or woman, you choose) with a kid. There is no reason to believe anything is wrong, but you have a feeling- call it instinct, intuition, God talking to you, subconscious mind picking up subtle cues- whatever, anyway it is nothing tangible- that the kid does not belong with this adult. The kid is showing no signs, the adult is showing no signs, but you have a feeling. What do you do?
