I just came back from a vacation where it is common for women to sunbath toppless, no one makes a big deal out of it. I know that american values are so screwed up tha this will never be accepted on public beaches here in the U.S. my question is: would you prefer that attitudes about this were different here in the U.S. and would you feel that you have the right to sunbath toppless in your own yard regardles of what your neighbors thoughts are?

Not heavy, mind you. I only drink mixed drinks before noon. Noon, at lunch with my customers, I usually slam down about 4 double vodkas. In the evening , I like a nice bottle (or 2) of a nice Merlot (California 2000, not the French garbage) with dinner. Do you think I ought to just start with the Vodka in the morning? Will I have less of a hangover the next day?

My girlfriend does that all the time when she's barefoot at home. I used to think she was weird, but she told me that a lot of other girls do that too. I went to a party at someone's house yesterday, and by golly, what my girlfriend said was true!

It's only true for bare feet though. Everyone I know walks normally in shoes.

But why is that so? Is it some natural reflex, some "girls' thing", or something to do with high heels?
