Define 'wealth'. As in...how much money would it take for you to consider someone wealthy?
I think I am wealthy though I'm not making any more than most people my age. I have all the things I need; friends, loving family and a sense of accomplishment. I'm truly happy.

I'm not rich, but I'm not complaining either. I'm also not poor, and in comparison to some, I'm definitely wealthy. The point is, I'm happy, and that's all that matters. Half of these people who say they're not wealthy are probably very wealthy compared to most. It's all comparison, but the point of it all is to listen to your inner self and stop comparing yourself to others... it's the only way for ultimate happiness. Give it a shot.

I grew up wealthy but I would say my husband and I are pretty average right now. If we didn't have 3 kids things might be different......
Besides, what do you mean by wealth? Income? Net worth? What I have left over at the end of the month?

WEALTH -derives from the old English word "weal", which meant "well-being" or "welfare". The term was originally an adjective to describe the possession of such qualities.

"Wealth" has come to mean an abundance of items of economic value, or the state of controlling or possessing such items, and encompasses money, real estate and personal property. In many countries wealth is also measured by reference to access to essential services such as health care, or the possession of crops and livestock. An individual who is wealthy or rich is someone who has accumulated substantial wealth relative to others in their society or reference group. The term implies a social contract on establishing and maintaining ownership in relation to such items which can be invoked with little or no effort and expense on the part of the owner. In addition, wealth to me also implies ones abundance in health, spirituality, love and service to others. While I may not be recognized as wealthy in terms of finances, I must testify that all my needs are met and my desires are also provided, I am in good health, I sleep well at night, I have no visible enemies (I know they exist however, my relationship and fellowship with Jesus keeps the enemy from prospering against me. He may form his weapons - but they won't prosper), I love people, I serve people, and the grace of God is in my heart therefore, I am wealthy!

Define wealthy:

If you mean a net worth of at least a million dollars, yes.

If you mean a net worth of at least 5 million dollars, No

Besides, wealth does not really matter anyhow. I know plenty of wealthy people with the class of sewer rats.

I am wealthy in that I have a wife who is my best friend and confidant, I am healthy, I have all my bills paid, and savings. In two more months I will be debt free. I consider that wealthy.

I guess it depends on what you consider valuable.

According to a friend of mine I am rich. She says so just cause I managed to get my car paid off in less than 3 years. That was all cause i was smart though, got a decently priced used car that had low $143 payments. She got a new car w/ $375 payments. HAHA.
