Im going through a tough time and What i do is i go to mc donalds and eat a 2 quarter pounders with cheese, fries, dr pepper and super size it. then i have an apple pie. i am usually eat very healthy, i guess cause im a nurse. but when i feel upset/mad/sad i just pig out. What do you do? go shopping? exercise?.....
