Texas Tech, SMU, Baylor, UT-Austin, Houston, and St. Mary's-San Antonio have both MBA and JD degrees. Texas Wesleyan has a JD program. Rice, Texas A&M, UT-Arlington, UT-Dallas, UT-San Antonio, and North Texas, to name a few, all have MBA programs.

My top pick is UT-Austin and St. Mary's; UT, because of the prestige of the school and the funky, weird, yet friendly environment of Austin, and St. Mary's because of it's small size and location in San Antonio. I also like Fort Worth (where TWU is) and Galveston (close to UH and Rice,) and I think Houston and Dallas would be interesting. (Of course, I was mostly raised in a small town in Kentucky, but I have lived in cities before, so it wouldn't be such a huge culture shock.) Baylor, as well as Waco, do not appeal to me; Baylor strikes me as being self-important and more arrogant than the other schools, and Waco isn't the best town in the world.

If you are from Texas (live there now or have ever lived there,) chime in! Thanks!

Carmen Isabela Sandiego is a fictional character featured in a long-running series of educational games and television shows in the United States and Canada. As a criminal mastermind and villain, Sandiego was an integral part of the series, which originally focused on teaching geography and history (though the series later branched out into mathematics and English).

By south, I mean 9 of the 11 states of the Confederacy (Virginia gets left out, except maybe the extreme Southern part, and Florida too except for the extreme northern part.) Let's go ahead and throw in most of Oklahoma (except the northeastern corner) and a small part of southern Kentucky (Murray to Bowling Green over to Corbin.)

I like the food, culture, people, hospitality, and weather.

Even if you don't like the South, you can answer...but don't count on getting 10 points, because the South is truly better than California, Chicago, New York, or any other part of the country.

Please, other than NYC, LA, San Francisco, Boston, or Chicago. If your only city listed is one of those four cities, you will not get 10 points. No way, no how!

There are other cities well known for its arts and cultural diversity and opportunities. Three cities that really come to mind for me are Louisville (I despise the city but otherwise LOVE their arts), Fort Worth (I love that city and they have an ever-expanding arts community) and Cincinnati (4 or 5 great art museums are there.) Others are Atlanta, Houston, Seattle, Miami, Washington, DC, Detroit, St. Louis, and Denver.

What are your picks?
