Celebrities - June 2006

I am mexican and I am disturbed by what I saw in the media about the mexican family that was murdered by afro-americans. But, I have Afro-American friends. The media such as CNN or Fox likes to portray afro-americans or hispanics on criminals causing hatred.

I think that when an act of violence occurs. It is the job of the police to handle the situation and the media should not broadcast things that most of us do not want to hear. All it does is it causes friction towards others, even though none of us had anything do with it. I have african-american friends and I feel sorry for them since they had nothing to do with it and it portrays all blacks as criminals which is wrong.

I know how the feel, because the american media loves to broadcast negative news about hispanics. Media causes racism. Media should not broadcast it. Let the police handle it without the newscoverage.

I am the one who posted the question that said Kylie's hair looked awful. Than someone pointed out she had cancer and that was why her hair was different. I did'nt realise it was because of the cancer although i should have because its so obvious i am sorry to miss Minogue and to everyone here who i offended. I am a complete idiot for not realising, can you all accept my apology?

I absolutely posetively love David Bowie, i can never ever get enough of him. I currently have 300 pictures of David on my computor. My collection is small but is growing. Unfortunaltly I have never been to one of his concerts, but i hope to go to one at some point (like when i get the money to).
my mother says that I was born in the wrong generation because i listen to David Bowie, The Beatles, The Monkees,John Lennon,etc and Im not even very far into high school.
I also dont listen to new music,almost never, if I can Ive got the radio on the oldies rock station
