If we sent enough zombies, the insurgents would have to defend themselves by using their rocket propelled grenade launchers,i.e. shoot the zombies head,blow it up. Eventually they would use up all their ammo, and then they could'nt shoot grenades at our boys.

Sideshow Bob has more elaborate and interesting evil plots against Bart in which had him arrest for robbing the Kwik-E-Mart, plus has a witty intelligence and charming tatics. Stewie has more childish, dynamic evil plans against Loise and various enemies such as the Tooth Fairy and maybe Santa Clause in a cute, precocious way. But, tell me WHY you think so. Please do not say cool because that is not enough. I want an honest answer besides cool, too trite of an answer. I know both of them are cool, but which one is best at being evil, Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons or Stewie.
