i am a guy with a diamond stud earring for the first time a little while ago and i want to take it out to exchange it with another but i dont know how to take it out. i squeezed together those two round things on the back until it clicked and i tryed pulling in opposite directions but it still wont come out....HELP!!!!!!!

I am chocolate everywhere; as in, dark brown hair, medium chocolate skin and very dark brown eyes. I know light, pastel colors look fabulous, but at the same time, colors that blend with my skin are great! What the heck would be best??? Only "proper" answers please, not just like five words or less... a bit more detail and such would be nice. Thanks! :)

My bras are underwire, and they're a little padded. Nothing too much, but I wonder ... is this what most girls wear? Or do you wear something thinner that you can feel your breasts through? I just got a bright yellow skirt from GAP. Its knee length, a little flowey, (not tight) is teired, with a drawstring. It has eyelets on it...so it looks kinda 'cutesy.' Anyway, I dont know what to wear with it. I dont have any shoes or shirts to go with it. Should I stick with white? Can I do black? Any other color? Is there anyway to dress it up and go to the office with it? Or just stick to daywear, with flip flops? Help!
