Hi, i got an Asian 'singapore' PS3 for christmas, however, in the menu the circle button is SELECT and the x button is BACK?! wtf?
my question is does anybody know how to change this, as 2 of my games are region 1 and they use x as select so i keep having to change round and it is frustrating!!!
if you have any ideas please tell me!

I have a US PS3 and to select something you press X and to go back you press O. So basically it is reversed in the PS3 version that you got.
I don't think that you can change the functions of the buttons that are used in the PS3's XMB.

I think Singapore and other countries like that have that as a default. Not sure why, but no there is no setting to change it. Try calling Sony and asking if a Firmware Upgrade would fix it.

That is the way asian ps3s are designed by default, there is no way to change that, its something you will have to get used too.
