You know when someone gives you a tutorial on something, and they show you a picture of a file or something that popped up??how do you do that?

There is a "Print Screen" button which takes a snapshot of what's on your screen .... it gets saved to the "Clipboard" so then you open Word or an image editor and do a paste ... There you have a "Screen Grab"

you need a tutorial software , the famouse and easy one i know is Flash Demo Builder 1.2

you load whatever you want it to be the picture of and hit "alt-printscreen". This copies a screenshot of the current active program to your windows clipboard. Then you go into word , or whatever program you use and paste the picture into the document.
