Is it a Schofield model or Russian model. If it is in good condition, probably alot of money. Depending on model, condition, caliber ( Russian/American). If it is mint, first of all, I'd be suspect. After that , I'd be amazed and the gun would be very valuable.

By the way, Smith and Wesson sells their "continued"model of this gun for about $1400.00 now. Copied off the original but caliber designation had changed.,

Good luck

That's not enough information. You need model, condition, and several photographs.

It could be worth anywhere from $50-$50,000 depending on the model and its historical significance.

depends on condition of the weapon, mint condition to a collector could be worth a great deal. log onto Smith & Wesson and click on dealer locator and type in your zip code and spaek to a proffesional gun dealer. don't tell him you want to sell, tell him you want to insure it
