Just lucky, I guess.

I believe in evolution. I believe that God did whatever He did to make the world happen, by way of evolution.

To assume that God's day is the same type of 24 hour day we have, and His calendar has 7 days to a week is arrogant and rather ignorant. Our small minds want to stiff God into human pigeonholes. But He's God! He doesn't have the same rules of time and space that we do.

I believe we were created.
The Bible, and prayer has strengthen my faith.

Of course, Bible study, preaching, weekly meetingss in the Kingdom Hall, association with mature Christian brothers and sisters etc. have also strengthen my faith.

Because I did not want to go to Hell at first. After I did the Salvation Prayer, God proved to me that He was there and that He is the God of the Bible. Now I do not need faith because I know my Father and I enjoy my relationship with Him.

I believe that God created the universe exactly what the Bible says.

Faith is a gift. I am compelled by love and compassion and fear and respect and the desire to please God.

God created life and species. There is adaptation but no transformation.

I, do this on my own? I tried. Believe me, I blew it several times. I did not say that faith was a virtue. I said it was a gift. If you also experienced it, you might have a valid response.

Because this makes sense

We are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies. This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. We fell here due to envying Gods position. He made the material world for those who want to try to live separately from Him (Which is impossible because He is actually everywhere). After many lifetimes of trying to be happy in this temporary world, one becomes frustrated and board and begins to question their existence. We then seek out real happiness, and when one becomes sincere God reveals how to come back Home. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga), which begins with the chanting of the Maha Mantra, (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion), which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life, they can give up all material attachments and fully surrender to God and return to the eternal Kingdom, where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy. For info. Go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita- As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com can be read on line. It just all makes sense and I have faith in this.
