I don't know if you've noticed, but every time someone gets into a position of authority in an effort to install intelligent design/creationism into the curriculum, the very next election, they are ousted. Dover PA and Kansas are the two most prominent examples. I hope that Texas soon follows suit.

ROTFL!! "Evolutionists" will "defend their weakening hold on America" to the very SAME extent that nuclear physicists will. Or those in any other branch of science.
Evolution is FACT. Scientific fact. Just like all other scientific facts. Proven by rock strata evidence worldwide. So tough! DEAL with it.
But don't expect other people to join you in your abject ignorance.

Umm ..Mr Roadcat. No, evolution is NOT scientific FACT. That is why it is called the T-H-E-O-R-Y of evolution and not the L-A-W of evolution. Rocks and life are 2 different things , ya hear?

Don't you just wish.... It is so strong that it slaps the face of religion over and over again. It is a proven fact and if you don't like it it is really to bad, but it will not go away - disprove it in your mind and at your church but it is what it is.......the only thing that is weak is a religious argument against it.
