I cant stop shivering but Im not even cold. What's going on? Im a 17 yr old girl.

I think u are nervous about something. I shiver when i am nervous and my heart pumps loudly....and I have cold hands and feet and sweat cold sweat...this is horrible....

No need for that worry. Its occurring from anxiety and better u need to consult a psychologist. Coz at the age of 30 I am suffering from this. Many will tell meditation n yoga will help this. But my advise is if it disturb u too much better consult a psychologist.

You could be scared about something. Get in bed and cover up snugly. You will feel very warm and secure. It should go away.
