it's woodside, that's the major stop on the LIRR in queens after leaving jamaica. most trains (local and express) will stop there, some expresses will skip woodside. check the schedule.
right above the station is the nyc subway #7 train. you can take that two stops north to roosevelt ave-74th st-broadway

as an alternative. you can just take the LIRR to jamaica, and transfer to the E train and it will go to roosevelt ave-74th St-broadway. but it's slightly faster if you just take the LIRR to woodside.

If you are coming from L.I and heading westbound & wish to get to Jackson Hts you'll need to exit the LIRR @ Woodside, wlak upstairs and take the subway (eastbound towards Main St/Flushing) You get off at 74st & Roosevelt Avenue which is Jackson Hts.
Please realize that Jackson Hts is somewhat large. Depending on where you are going, you can exit the subway at either 74st, 82st or 91st and still be in Jackson Heights.
Good Luck

Take the LIRR to Jamaica station (most trains stop there) and then transfer to the E train subway (downstairs). You could take that to Jackson Heights (74th St)

61st Street near Woodside Avenue. Take the Flushing elevated subway line and get off at 61st Street Express stop, and then go downstairs to the Long Island Railroad stop. You can catch the LIRR in either direction there, EAST to Long Island or WEST to Manhattan and Penn Station.
