Take her to the vet, and a stool sample. She needs treatment to rid the worms.

Having worms has nothing ot do with having all vaccinations. Vaccinations do not prevent worms. Worms are common in all puppies...they are also caused by fleas (tapeworms), eating things such as rodents and things off the ground, walking where other dogs have gone and picking up eggs on their feet & then licking feet etc....you need to keep your puppy flea free and take stool samples into be tested by the vet on a regular basis.
Do NOT use OTC flea or dewormer products,,,they are ineffective and can be very dangerous..use only safe products from your vet.

How long has it been since she was last wormed? They are either dead worms she is pooping out or she needs to be wormed again... Puppies often need multiple wormings. Just take her back to the vet for a fecal and worming, it's not that expensive. And pick up her poop immediately and throw it away in a plastic bag, it will decrease, although not eliminate, the chances of reinfection.

There are no vaccinations for worms.Vaccinations are for viruses. If the dog has worms in her feces, you need to take a sample to the vet and get the appropriate medication.Heartworm preventative will prevent several types of worms as well,so she should be on Interceptor or Heartguard all year round.

There is medicine that you can give her for intestinal worms at the pet supply store. Unfortunately, I doubt if they will be open tomorrow but you can try.

It sounds like what she has is intestinal worms and what she was vacinated for was heartworm. Carefully follow the directions.

Double check with your vet to see if you have completed all of her shots. Some vaccinations are a series of shots given 6 weeks to 3 months to 6 months apart. You have invested a lot in this dog - make sure that you don't lose her because you forgot to complete a series in her shots. Make sure that she is vaccinated for everything under the sun.

Hi! It's great that you have gotten her all of her vacs. But the vaccinations have nothing to do with worms. Dogs can contact worms at any time. They can contact them from eating fleas, being around other dogs who have worms(licking bottoms), or even from the ground if another dog who has them has pooped there.

There are several different meds. that get rid of tape worms. They need to do a fecal to determine what type of worm. If it is tape worms, she will need two treatments. They do have oral medication that you can take home and give to her and you will need to repeat in approx. two weeks.

You do need to get her to the vet as soon as possible. Worms can make her anemic and weak. If she has another type of worm , such as round worms, they can kill.

Treatment shouldn't be too expensive and she will feel so much better.

Good luck and I' m sure she will be fine.

Take her to the vet. Since the dog was found in a ditch at 4 weeks old, she didn't have a proper 8 week deworming session that all puppies need to have. Again take her to the vet and they will give you the medication to deworm her.

If you can see worms in her feces, they are tape worms. Tape worms are the only worms you can see, the others are microscopic. Do they look like grains of rice? Tape worms are not killed by the normal worming a dog gets at the vet. They have to have a shot to kill the tape worms and another shot in 2 weeks to kill the eggs that hatch. You will have to take her to the vet and tell them you saw worms and they will test for tape worms and give her a shot. Dogs get tape worms from eating a flea that has the tape worm egg. So try to get rid of the fleas also or the dog will get the tape worms again. The tape worm will not harm the dog for a while so you have time to get her to the vet. Good Luck.
