We have a couple of these floating around and I always think about trying it but it's so suspicious looking so I just go to El Zarape instead.

Here in California they're inspected just like any restaurant. And those taco trucks serve the best food, huge portions, and super cheap. I trust them, I've never gotten sick, nor has anybody I know.
