I have been trying to get preggers for 4 years and I can tell you what not to say.
It will happen when it's time.
Just relax
Stop trying then it will happen
If it's ment to be it will happen
If you adopt it will happen
Just don't htink about it
Just go on a trip
Just get drunk and try
What's wrong with you???
You can always adopt
You can foster
Some people are not meant to be parents
You must have some special purpose other than that
Why is this so important???
Just listen and let them cry when they need to. There is nothing you can say. You have never been there and you don't know and it is anoying when people try to pretend they understand. We know you don't understand why it is so important to us. But it is. So just let us vent.

There really isn't anything you can tell them. I've always held to the view point that you can want kids all you want, but being able to care for them properly is something entirely different. If they aren't financially able to adopt or care for a child it may be best not to have them. Love alone doesn't put food in tummies, clothes on backs or medical care available.
If they are ineligible to adopt for some reason (finances, health, criminal record etc..) then surrogacy isn't an option because it is just as expensive AND you have to go through adoption after the child is born to make it legal with lawyers. Donors are also expensive and will not be covered by medical insurance. Adoptions in the US are averaging $20,000 and adoptions overseas can range from $25,000 to much more. There are a few countries that are near $60,000.

Well if I'm the one to answer this, I would tell them that it's fate. But we're the one who made actions and then the God decides it. Maybe the couple have problems with their seks organe and I would encourage them to seek specialist in this field like fertility specialist .
Infertility affects millions of people, both men and women. Although there is no one cause for the inability to have children naturally, many causes have been identified and can be treated. Today, fertility specialists offer many infertility treatment options such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). In vitro fertilization is a procedure in which the sperm and embryo are united in the lab. Other infertility treatment options include intrauterine insemination (IUI), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), the use of donor eggs or donor sperm, surrogacy, and tubal reversal (an operation to “untie” fallopian tubes). In addition to this, advances in genetics allow couples to select the gender if their child or children or to help ensure that their child will not be genetically predisposed to certain disorders (preimplantation genetic diagnosis, or PGD).
A fertility specialist will be able to diagnose fertility problems and to recommend and perform infertility treatment options for those problems. While no advanced reproduction technology is 100% effective, thousands of children have been born because their parents received infertility treatment.

Don't "tell" them anything. Be there to listen. Suppot them. Be the shoulder they can cry on. Talk it through with them. Just be a friend.

I'd just tell them to look at the bright side; Effectively, they won the lotto. People who never have children, travel the world, and enjoy themselves much more than those that do.
