If u have a true friend than everything in our life is good so i think 1 true friend is better than 10 liers friends. I plan to go to MBA and that is my goal nothing else.

2007 was a very good year for me and my family. I hope 2008 is equally as good.
Lessons learned? Probably from the whole mortgage mess I've learned that you should spend a few hours researching how mortgages and the home buying process works. Many people lost their homes or will lose them, because they didn't bother to spend any time researching what is only THE MOST IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DECISION THEY'LL EVER MAKE.

What I learned this year?
Geez, I learned that there are less and less qualified TECHs out there....
I learned that MANY of our competitors have a RUDE attitude they display towards their customers....
That's not right....We're here to HELP our customers, and as long as they don't ask for FREE cable or a FREE TV set, I'll do my best to resolve their problem....
Yes, I am bound by contract to protect the interests of the contract company and that means I ATTEMPT to repair BEFORE I REPLACE...
And so many people think they get a FREE TV set the moment I step in the door.....
I am the Enlightener.....the Messenger....the Instructor and the Investigator.....
That's my job.....Don't MAKE me lose it.....
