i used to be a social butterfly who knows almost anyone in school, and could hit off well with people in less than 10 minutes. i felt so confident and positive just being in my own skin. along the way came stress and fatigue life and i started to feel happy less often, started to worry and get tensed up on minor issues, started to mind things around me, felt unnatural (detached from my surrounding) just walking in my school or along the street as i felt that peole judge me or find me weird, just forgotten how to socialise with classmates, didn't even dare to talk to them as i felt i would be unheard. why did my world change from a partying carefree place to a place that makes me so timid, shy and anti-social?

is there any problem? can someone pls explain my phenomena?

It could be a touch of depression doing that. Best advice is to talk to someone about it.

Sounds like a pretty shallow life, maybe you are figuring that out on a subliminal level and feeling lousy.

Try finding something to do that brings value to your life; volunteer to help others, raise money to give to a chairity, concentrate on your schooling and your what you will do in your future career.

Have you recently kicked someone out of your life? If so, you may be feeling repercussions from that. It's either time to reconcile or move on, but not let it effect your daily life.

Sounds like a little depression/anxiety off the top of my head. I would recommed seeing a counselor and, perhaps, a psychiatrist for medication. Without treatment, this can get worse for you and you could become even more socially isolated.

u got depressed matbe cause u suffered a trauma of some kind i lost a job which did it 2 me medication very helpful
