other faiths and no faith.
for those with other faiths/religions/spirituality other that unbelief or atheism/agnosticism.

those who believe in evolution- not just speciation or micro but also macro
how does evolution tie to your beliefs and how does it affect it.
what are the differences it would make or has made in your religion/faith for you to believe or not believe.
right now you believe.. how does it affect your faith/religion.
if you weren't a believer of evolution on the macro level, how would it affect your faith and lifestyle.

for atheist and agnostics.
similar question.
how does evolution tie to your belief/unbelief and what difference does it make in your life.
in addition if you did not believe evolution, how would it affect or change your life etc.

I am an atheist. My knowledge of evolution has nothing to do with my atheism.

Sorry been trying to work out exactly what you are asking.

I consider myself deeply religious - but not Xian (although I have a lot of respect for many non Zealot Xians).

My faith has nothing to do with Evolution. My parents were Biologists, so I was aware of the whole Evolution/Creation debate long before I found my faith.

I'm not religious, I do believe in a higher power.
Genesis states that on the 3rd day God created
the stars. That makes the earth older than every
star except for the sun. Which according to the
bible is the oldest star in the cosmos.

Taken chronologically from scripture. The earth
is approximately 9000 years old and the sea
shells in the mountains came from the flood
Noah built the Arc for.

The Hubble space telescope shot a picture
of a star 12 billion light years from the earth

bones of a woman murdered 16 thousand
years ago were found in the labrea tar pits in
California.

An asteroid (piece of Mars) was found on earth
with fossilized pre-historic life millions of years
old.

I could loose my belief in science from a lobotomy
or some other traumatic brain injury and there by
be a good candidate to join some form Judeo based religion like Christianity or Islam.

Apologetics requires a religious person to make
alibi's for the scriptures. The truth needs no alibi.
Why does the Bible?

My religion has a creation myth. I'm agnostic as to whether I believe it totally or not. I believe in evolution and think my deities had a small hand in it.

I don't think believing in evolution hinders spirituality. My religion doesn't give a timeline so evolution is possible and most likely.

Mythology cant account for fossil evidence. I believe in evolution, and it can even fit into some broad kind of Creation ideal. If we split the Divine into pieces, just like how particles make up large masses in our physical universe, we could say the Divine in our neighborhood consists of our planet. Our planet somehow formed life on Itself and that life became more complex as more time passed. We could percieve life as an artistic expression of Earth's Divinity. The Divine Earth could have grown more complex and It's Expressions, life, grew more complex as a result. Nothing stays static, stays the same. Even spiritual entities must either increase, decrease, or stagnate. Each of the gods/goddesses of various cultures are mostly tied to specific areas on Earth. These too can be just pieces of the larger Divine Earth. No dogma or mythology has any more than just a small part of the totality.
If I didnt believe in evolution, I'd probably go with Creation by extra-terrestrials or repeat one of the more pedestrian mythologies. Or maybe our star, the Sun, could be our Creator.

I am agnostic so I have an open mind about everything. Evolution makes sense to me and it would take a lot of evidence in the other direction for me to not believe it to be true. The only difference that it makes in my life is that I realize that we are all animals, even tho we can build tall buildings. We all have natural bodily instincts that some people succumb to and others don't. I believe our brain is forever evolving and that one day we will transcend what we are today.

It has no bearing on Buddhism or Taoism. It just is what it is.

Evolution isn't something you believe or disbelieve. You either understand it or you don't. I understand evolution. It has nothing to do with atheism.
