i have a falt sreen and a dighital box and the colour is black and wwhite??

Two possible problems.....

YOUR Video Connectors MUST match in COLOR or DESCRIPTION......

Yellow to yellow
Red To Red
White to white

OR

Green - Green
Red Video - Red Video
Blue - Blue

Red Audio - Red Audio
White Audio - White Audio.

It sounds like you have 3 wires connected to your 5 wire Connections.....

Fix it and you'll have color again.

you may have placed the connectiosn in the wrong outlets.

Mine works fine.

Try it over again.
