I suspect that you are refering to Imacatholic2. I suspect that this is someone authorized to or attempting to act as an official voice for the Catholic Church to dispense the churches official position on topics. He or she answers only Catholic questions in a very straightforward and authoritative manner as if quoting from a manual, is friendly but otherwise unemotional, never engaging in the slightest display that could be called improper. Like the church itself, they don't ask questions, they supply the answers.
