Okay maybe its not THAT bad but it is really painful. Anyway, today I went ice skating and I made a very STUPID mistake and wore low socks... smart right :/ Well anyway, me and my friend skated for a good 2 or 3 hours and the whole time the skate was rubbing up against my ankle causing friction and horrible chafing :S I took off my skate and I have these horrible red open sores on my leg. Just the air hitting them makes them hurt soooo bad! I feel like tearing off my legs. You have no idea how much it hurts. Taking a shower is gonna be HELL!!!! Anyway, do you have any suggestions?? Thanx in advance.

do something to forget its there, ring your friend up and have a good laugh. laughter is the best medicine... and its totally natural! put dettol on it.. ow stings for a while but it goes away, put a band-aid on it and have a shower, replace the bandaid then put the dettol on.. so have the shower first...
then just drink water and eat some fruit&& veggies , should go away soon
hope u get better asap ;) so u can go skating again soon........ haha i was worse, on y birthday i FORGOT SOCKS COMPLETELY!! we were in such a rush! lol! and yeah i got very bad, sores, just the same lol

happy new year!!!!

Use a First-aid antibiotic ointment/cream that has lidocaine in it. It will numb your sores so they don't hurt. Cover your sores with bandaids, too.

WOW! Stuff like that hurts! You can use Neosporian and some big Band-aids to cover it. Don't rub it, keep clean and you should be good to go in a few days!

neosporin for pain, it will help heal the wound and hopefully make sure there is no scar, also wear a bandage over it when taking shower and/or walking to help lessen the pain of the open wound.

Triple antibiotic cream and a bandage. Some ibuprofen 800 mg total would be a Motrin and yes that is safe. Hope you feel better soon!

Use a spray that you would use for a sunburn. Keep it clean it will heal fast.
