Mine is Good Eats with Alton Brown, I also like Feasting on Asphalt. I really like the was he brings science into cooking, he makes it so fascinating!

Good Eats. I like it not only for the science aspect, but he has helped me to see that cooking can be enjoying so it caused me to take more of an interest in wanting to learn more on how to cook.
