No I haven't seen them in the stores, yet.
I usually do my own rendition of Ande's mints
with white chocolate melts tinted light green
with a few drops of Spearmint oil. I do the
same with the regular chocolate melts.
Sometimes I use a candy mold,
but have found that plastic ice trays work
as well and not as expensive.
This is how to layer it:
STEP ONE---First melt your regular chocolate melts
add a drop of Spearmint oil to the chocolate,
stir thoroughly.
STEP TWO---Pour a thin layer into the ice trays,
set into the fridge to set the chocolate. Take it out
as soon as it loses it's shine.
STEP THREE---Next melt either white chocolate melts
or the light green melts,(if tinting with green, use powdered food coloring)
to this add the Spearmint oil, remember to stir as soon as
it melts.
STEP FOUR---Pour a layer of the light green into the ice trays, put back in fridge to set this layer.
Repeat STEP ONE & TWO.

I put mine in the freezer for 5 minutes so it will harden the candy.
Take it out of freezer, flex the trays as if you were releasing the ice and you now have layered mints.
I made 55 batches of these so my kids could have goodies to take to their friends at school.
We wrapped each one in colored food wrap. I folded wall paper and scrapbook papers to form boxes for the candy.
But all of their friends will have these Special little mints.
I even included tiny magic wands that remove all the calories from these candies.
I call them, "Magic Pig Wands."

It sounds yummy! Bake them in brownies and then spread thin mints (like peppermint patties) on top!

Oh HECK yeah! I didn't even know Andes came out with mint chocolate chips! I bet they'd be AWESOME baked into some dark chocolate brownies, too!
