Does depend on the whole breakup scenario. But if you are meant to be together: go on living your life the best way you can. Seize all the good opportunities - be a success - be good to yourself & everyone else - and most important be happy and that'll show him!

try to make him jelous if htat doesnt do the trick then theres nothing also dont kiss him or anything while ur not going out vecause then he wont ask u out because he get to have u and everyone else i've learned that the hard way :(

You can't do anything about that. He has to want you back in his heart. Any attempt is just going to annoy him and further the distance between the two of you. It's a new year. Move on to bigger and better things. Why would you want to be stuck in the past?
