WOW! i ask to many questions... now to the question.
I've been coughing a lot, so my throat is raw and sore. When i cough gooey stuff/phlegm comes up and it also taste like blood (proley cuz my throat is raw). Also my chest hurts really bad! It feels like a raw throat kinda... its hard to describe. It really hurts when i cough, and it hurts when i breath.
When i swallow like just like swallowing spit or whatever i feel crap in my throat. Also it feels like my chest is being pressed on.

when i feel crap in the lower part of my throat i cough to make it go away because it makes it hard to breath when its there, but now it hurts too bad to cough. It hurts in my lungs, near where my clavicle.

sounds like severe chest congestion which often happens when you have a cold and the "stuff" starts in your nose/throat and goes down into your lower respiratory system. It sounds like bronchitis to me.
Acute bronchitis is usually caused by viruses, and it may occur together with or following a cold or other respiratory infection. Germs such as viruses can be spread from person to person by coughing. They can also be spread if you touch your mouth, nose, or eyes after coming into contact with respiratory fluids from an infected person.The doctor will recommend that you drink lots of fluids, get plenty of rest, and may suggest using an over-the-counter or prescription cough medicine to relieve your symptoms as you recover.
For those who say you have to take antibiotics...If the infection is caused by viruses rather than bacteria antibiotics won't help. Overuse of antibiotics is bad and can lead to superinfection by resistant strains of bacteria!
Therefore a good doctor will suggest conservative advice as I have stated above.

Its an acute infection in throat such as Tonsills. Go to your doctor and needs to start antibiotic soon. You will be alright in 2-3 days then. As you mentioned about your chest weakness it might be Bronchities too so you must start antibiotic please consult your doctor asap.
