i have a orange tree that produces great tasteing oranges.If i graft from it and grow a new tree, will it produce the same great fruit?

Generally, it works that way; however, you have to be aware that environmental factors could play a roll.

If you graft on to the same type of rootstock, plant it nearby in the same type of soil, and it gets a comparable amount of water and sunlight, then the fruit should be the same, since the graft will have the same genetics as the parent tree.

If you change the mix, you might not get exactly the same "great fruit".
