I'm still a LITTLE swollen and I noticed the very last tooth on my upper jaw is a little misaligned, is that normal? Also my bite is still not correct

Other than a temporary swelling it shouldn't move any teeth. after all they are set in bone

maybe if the wisdom tooth was originally pushing that last tooth against another and now it has more freedom to grow in a different direction

I removed mine and I started biting my gums because there's no more teeth at the back to support those little cheeks.
But it's fine now.
Just wait for the swelling to go away. It should be okay soon, you will find like it's back to normal ^^
