Because they have their priorties in the wrong direction. Money isn't everything, but for some people it makes them happy. But I myself think its love that makes one happy.

Why cant a rich guy be nice to? Just because someone has money it doesn't mean they are mean...Guess someone just needs to find a balance.

That is a huge generalization....but if you were to throw out the superficial "because they like a man that can afford all their manicures and designer shoes" concept....
Perhaps some women do it because it may come as an instinct to pick the man that can provide financial stablilty to her and her future children.
Just my persective...

seriously??? --- because he can offer security and freedom and after what i put my ex wife through i would never think poorly of a lady that chose money over nice --- plus who is to say the rich guy is not a nice guy as well???
