"And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters." Genesis 5:4.
Cain's wife was one of his sisters. Adam and Eve had a bunch of kids. Incest was not forbidden at this point. Even Abraham married his half-sister. I'm sure you have a lot more questions...by the way, the reason that people lived so long before the flood was that the atmosphere was completely different. There was a large canopy of water above the atmosphere. (Genesis 1:6-8). What gets me is the fact that so many people believe that "primitive people" wrote the Bible in order to control the world with it (I like to call these people "Jewish-conspiracy theorists."). Why would somebody make something like that up? People living for almost 1000 years? Plus there are many non-Biblical "legends" (i.e., historical assertions that modern people don't want to believe) of a "Golden Age" in which there was an incredibly advanced civilization of tall people who lived for hundreds of years (e.g., Atlantis). Don't worry. Christians question these things too. Many of us believe to have figured these things out. Hey, it makes sense to me. If you want to believe otherwise, I can't stop you.

Lots have been omitted from the Bible. Did you know that Eve was Adam's second wife? the first one was demonized. Lilith was made from earth at the same time as Adam, and when she exerted her equality and wouldn't let Adam lay down upon her, Adam whined to God so God made her into a demon and then created Eve.

Cain had to have been married to a sister. There were no other relatives to have been married to @ that point in history.

Incest, my dear, incest. According to their Bible anyway. She belonged to Adam and Eve.

Since in the beginning there were only Adam and Eve, you have to assume some real incestuous hanky-panky went on.
