when you say that it's a forgivable sin, does that mean you're forgiven automatically or do you need an effort to it?
unintentional sins aren't considered as sins?
im just a christian with mental illness, ocd
does he forgive blasphemies done by frustration from mental illness or some method to stop it
i tried to say f**king jesus out loud, but i don't remember what i said, just this phrase is conspicuous in my mind, i was tired of saying the phrase in my mind
i thought that it was a method to stop me since it's worse and i got frustrated saying something that i don't even want to go near
can't remember well, but i think my ocd played a role

Sin is sin unintentional or otherwise. '
It is the reason Christ came to this world to overcome temptation sin and death for us.
Those who accept the atonement of Jesus Christ are by faith made new and do not serve sin.
I say by faith because we have not died literally and literally been made new.
We are yet in this sinful world in our flesh and do still make mistakes.

The answer to your question is you need to ask for forgiveness. You need to feel remorse and truly repent for your sins. You need to repent for sins you have done that you should not have done this includes unintentional sin. The unforgivable sin is the sin you not ask for forgiveness for.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness
We must confess our sins to God, and He will forgive us. Hope that helps.
BTW intentional sins are still sins, and it is still good to ask God for forgiveness, I try to ask Him to forgive my sins all at once, you don't have to list out each one to Him (He already knows them)

If your heart is pure, and you feel some sort of centeredness in your gut, those unintentional sins are not considered, because you were powerless not to do them. Asking for forgiveness for the other sins is an act more for yourself; by acknowledging the sin you note it and begin to think of better ways to behave.

if it was caused by a mental illness, i'm sure God will forgive you, but you should at least say that you are sorry and ask for forgiveness, even if you are already forgiven it will help you feel better.

if you are sorry he will forgive you, God knows you are sorry before you know that you are sorry. but the key word is that you really have to be sorry.

If I had to ask for forgiveness for every single sin I committed, I wouldn't have time to do much else.
All those who are born again in Christ are forgiven...period.
