Side effects from prescription medication are very common. Typical side effects include headaches, fatigue, aching muscles, dopiness, drowsiness, bowel problems and many others such as those that you are suffering from. Natural antibiotics such as garlic oil are much better than prescription antibiotics. Garlic is both an antibacterial agent and an antimicrobial agent. If you post your question in the Alternative Medicine section under Health you will probably get some more detailed answers.

the saltines and bread are good suggestions. anything starchy that will help absorption and not just sit on your stomach. milk can actually help to coat your stomach if you can't eat a meal. some meds are dispensed saying to take with a meal OR a glass of milk. do not take it with acidic juices though like orange or tomato juice. hope you get well soon!

yes as mentioned above... good bacteria is needed to help prevent a yeast infection. yogurt or acidophilus

Well Medicine lowers your immune system when you take it-so you should go to the store and by Acidophulis-it's "friendly" bacteria-this makes it so ur immune system isn't injured as much. It replaces all the good bacteria that was taken away with the medicine. Also, make sure you buy it at a health food store and that it's sold in a refrigerator! And also, when u get home, store it in ur refrigerator, very impo. If it's sold on a shelf, and not in the refrigerator, do NOT buy it. Also, Giner tea is very good for the tummy. Buy that at a healthfood store too, dont get any ginger tea from a grocery store.

Have you been taking them on an empty stomach? If so, take with milk or at least a small snack. Also try to take it at the same time every day (so if you are supposed to take it twice a day take close to every 12 hrs exactly).

If you are actually vomiting, then the pills are no good for you and you should ask to be prescribed something else.

Don't eat anything with dairy--ice cream, milk, etc. What I usually do is try to drink only clear colored liquids and eat crackers. I call it the "Sprite and Saltines Solution." The carbonation from the Sprite will probably help your stomach to calm down a little bit. Definitely keep taking your antibiotics, though, because you'll just get sick again if you don't. And get lots of sleep! Good luck!
