Why is it that guys are so shut off about sharing their feelings they just don't bother talking about it and it makes the girls wonder. Why don't they share?

thats an easy one, they're afraid. even if we won't admit it or no matter how macho we think we are, the reason guys don't talk about feelings more is quite simple they are afraid of being judged, ridiculed or rejected or simply embarrassed. the best thing you can do is make him feel safe with you and make it clear (with your actions not your words) that he can tell you anything without fear of judgement.

tried that ..i am a vet ...it just strung her out bad...we think different...you will see this as more irag vets get back and try being a civilian. families will torn apart,,the government ,,the FAITH churches will not helpTHE VETS until it's to late like Korea, Vietnam...these IRAG VETS , men and women have put under stress as never before...ALL for oil

Some macho men never do,but mature men do all time.Good question.I share my feelings with my family.But sometimes we need to be confident,about personal things;and keeping to ourselves.Good question.

Most guys are shown or taught that they do not have feelings and that if they show their feelings they are not "real" men.
