Plain alcohol like vodka, gin, and plain rum are carb-free. If you mix with diet soda, you'll have a carb-free drink. Of course, you already know that juice and mixers are loaded with sugar.

If you like vodka and Red Bull, most bars carry diet Red Bull or other diet energy drinks.

Most alcoholic beverages are low-carb.

The more alcohol in a beverage, the lower the carbs. Beer has lots of carbs (if you're thinking about "real" carbs), Everclear has almost none. So, load up on hard liquor. You'll be just fine.

If liquor's not your thing, drink wine.
