Do you think she is for real, do you read her books, what's your opinion of her?

I have read her book...
"Life on the Other Side"
very interesting, but she has hundreds more books. One thing I notice is she reapeats herself in her books so I do think she just wants to make money. She also charges like 700 dollars for a 30 minute phone reading and she does 20 a day! That's a lot of money.

She makes $700 per call, times 20 per day?
Thats $14,000 per day?
Can anyone confirm that she actually PAYS her TAXES?
I'd be interested to know if she is fleecing the government as well as her clients.
I too believe she is a fraud and con-artist of the highest order.

sorry for the doubting i think the biggest fault with sylvia is that she is too certain that everything she says is accurate. she is real but she misinterprets . she predicted after the 2000 election that gore would have more votes. yes thats true but he didnt win. the way i would describe it is this . imagine you had someone whispering to you a message maybe its english or another language. would you expect to get everything accurately? of course not. so to expect that any psychic would be at 100 percent is foolish. her prediction about the earth is potentially correct. i think we will have a massive global warming event. as in billions of people dying. but the future is fluid . there are always differnet possiblilties. what do you think would happen if the government told everyone that the world would end . dont you think there would be chaos an crime galore? this is an evolutionary abiltiy eventually everyone can get it.

I was just thinking about this....then I searched on here to find what others think and found your question!!
I've never read her books simply because they're hard to find in a small city. The next time I'm in the city over I will check book stores there.
I think the montel show is staged....like all tv. I'd like someone to lie and then her actually call them out on it.
I think based off the persons tone and the way they ask the question, she says what they want to hear but also what could work.....
I'd never base my life off something a psychic says. I would however love to have my palm read and a session with a psychic. I wouldn't take to heart everything though, it'd be more for entertainment.
As for her being real- I don't know....she's been wrong and she's been right....

~~~ In my humble opinion Sylvia Browne is a [Bad Word!] She looks like a cockroach too and is as crazy as a rabid squirrel. Everything she says or writes is a big fat lie. So ,no I don't believe anything she says. If I had one of her books I would use it as toilet paper before I'd even consider reading it. She is bad news! Stay away from her . ~~~

I think she is as fake as it gets.
I've read one of her books. Granted, she's funny. But I find her beliefs and forecasting as crap.
